Cynthia's Garden
This ever-changing garden is the result of nearly two decades of dedication and care. Once an overgrown landscape, it has been personally transformed into a 3.5-acre retreat with a naturalistic style filled with flowers, herbs, and distinctive garden spaces. Guests will find a color garden overflowing with dahlias, marigolds, cosmos, and amaranth; a hillside planted with hostas, ferns, and ornamental grasses flowing like streams; and quiet spots to sit and enjoy the view. Personal touches are everywhere, from gifted statues to plants contributed by friends, all integrated into a landscape that is beautiful in every season. Guests will also find both familiar and unusual plantings, a spiral garden, fern walk, rain garden, gazebo, and a grand maple tree. Garden Tour (self-guided) Wander at your own pace and take in the garden’s naturalistic design, seasonal blooms, and distinct garden rooms accented with art and thoughtful details throughout. Photo Sessions The garden offers a variety of scenic backdrops, with benches, winding paths and a pavilion perfect for photos. Yoga / Meditation The garden’s open areas and peaceful atmosphere are an ideal place for yoga, stretching, or quiet meditation. Plein Air Painting Capture the garden’s beauty in real time as you paint outdoors. The interplay of color, texture, and light makes this an inspiring space for artists of all levels. Private Events The garden offers a versatile setting for weddings, celebrations of life, fundraising galas, and other special gatherings. Its open spaces, natural beauty, and artistic details provide a memorable backdrop for meaningful occasions. Previously hosted events include a memorial service for up to 200 people.
